Identify and convert new business opportunities across our target markets. Lead the sales process from initial engagement through to contract signature and help drive DynamicWhale’s growth.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients

  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag opportunities for improvement

  • Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into recommendations

  • Based in or willing to work from Rotterdam
