Identify and convert new business opportunities across our target markets. Lead the sales process from initial engagement through to contract signature and help drive DynamicWhale’s growth.
What you’ll do
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag opportunities for improvement
Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
What we’re looking for
2+ years in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into recommendations
Based in or willing to work from Rotterdam
