Business Development Representative (Part-time)

Your role

You build pipeline, not just book meetings. Through high-quality outbound and disciplined execution, you create commercial momentum for our clients and for DynamicWhale itself. You operate with energy, structure, commercial curiosity, and a focus on measurable outcomes, working closely with senior commercial leaders to turn first conversations into qualified opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Research target accounts and map buying committees within enterprise organisations

  • Run outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn, supported by modern AI tools

  • Lead focused discovery conversations and book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers

  • Keep your pipeline and CRM clean, accurate, and actionable

  • Contribute to live go-to-market projects alongside SaaS founders and commercial leaders

Your growth path

Who you are

  • Ambitious and eager to grow within a fast-moving, fast-growing scale-up

  • High energy with a commercially driven mindset

  • A confident communicator, comfortable speaking with professionals and decision-makers

  • Coachable! You are not afraid to make mistakes and handle feedback well while always improving

  • Previous BDR / SDR / sales experience is a plus, but not required

  • Native/Fluent in English (native-level Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Arabic is a strong plus)

  • Available 40 hours/week
